Step One

Get a notebook card and write some short term goals down (5 or less).

Step Two

Choose how many days you want to complete them in (1 to 30 MAX).

Step Three

Reminders make it happen, you must have them to keep you on track. Here are some ideas that helped me: rubber bands with countdown; sticky notes placed everywhere; calendar to mark; tell a partner/friends;  or, set timers on your phone.

Step Four

When you complete your goal, then you can start a new one or continue working on your objective. If you did not complete your goal, no worries, firgure out why and start it again.
