1. Stop for a moment right now and think of everything you have really wanted to have done at some point small or large.

2. Now, write it down.

3. Now, look back to a moment when you were in fear of doing something, but you were able to overcome it somehow. One of my example for me was standing on a diving board only three feet above the water and not being able to jump in. I tried for days to jump in, only to turn back in defeated. It was only till I closed my eyes, took action and just stepped out. Then the realization came to me that I was alright.

4. This is where you need to just stop thinking so hard and do it! Sign up, plan it out, commit to it, tell others and go….take ACTION!
